Our Client is seeking a talented Product Designer to help design meaningful, innovative experiences that balance customer needs with business goals.
In this role, you’ll combine strong design craft with customer insight and business understanding to co‑create solutions to complex problems. You’ll collaborate closely with product, technology, and business partners, contributing to high‑quality, human‑centered design outcomes across the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Product Design Expertise
- Apply strong skills across interaction, visual, and service design to elevate design quality and maturity
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to select and use appropriate tools, frameworks, platforms, and design systems
- Create a range of design artifacts, including journey maps, service blueprints, high‑fidelity designs, and prototypes
Human‑Centered Design
- Use data, research insights, and creative problem‑solving to inform customer‑centered design decisions
- Advocate for inclusive, intuitive, and impactful user experiences across projects
Business & Technology Alignment
- Understand product goals, workflows, and partner objectives to bridge customer needs with business requirements
- Work with partners to understand technical and data capabilities as well as emerging technologies
- Navigate technical constraints while still delivering thoughtful, effective solutions
Collaboration & Communication
- Build strong relationships with cross‑functional partners and actively seek opportunities for collaboration
- Incorporate diverse perspectives to strengthen design outcomes and build trust
- Present design work to a variety of audiences, clearly articulating decisions using evidence, research, and human‑centered storytelling
What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Product Design role
- 2+ years of experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design process, outcomes, and impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an established design system
- Proven collaboration with product, engineering, and business partners
- Experience designing in regulated or data‑intensive environments
