Job Description
Ffern.co is looking for a Product Lead to own a conversion experience that pairs high-emotion editorial storytelling with rigorous performance growth. Leading the highest-impact pod of designers and engineers, you will manage the primary acquisition funnel. You'll drive subscriber growth through experimentation while shaping the foundational product culture at this iconic brand.

What You Will Do
- Lead a cross-functional pod of four designers and software engineers to optimize the primary onboarding and monetization funnel.
- Drive subscriber growth through a robust experimentation roadmap focusing on pricing, packaging, payments, and high-consideration upsells.
- Establish and evangelize consistent frameworks for reporting, measurement, and product management processes to elevate growth efforts across the organization.
The ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience in product growth with a focus on conversion optimization and onboarding funnels, ideally within a B2C subscription startup.
- Proven expertise in designing and analyzing rigorous A/B tests while managing cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver growth outcomes.
- Exceptional balance of data-driven rigour and intuition for premium brand aesthetics, ensuring rapid testing never compromises editorial quality.
