Pascal Gaming is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging:
  • Craft and evolve product positioning, ensuring a consistent brand voice and communication strategy across all channels
  • GTM Strategies:
  • Design and execute impactful Go-to-Market strategies for new game releases, while sustaining momentum for existing successful titles
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral that highlights the Unique Selling Points (USPs) of our games for casino operators, affiliates, and key industry stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Sales, Business Development, PR, and Product teams to translate market insights into tangible product enhancements and high-performing promo campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing or brand management (preferably within IT or Fintech sectors)
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and promoting products, backed by measurable business results
  • A deep understanding of GTM strategies, promotional mechanics, and player retention techniques
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to optimize marketing strategies and ROI
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and competitor benchmarking to maintain a distinct product advantage
  • Strong experience in overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing assets and ensuring they align with the product’s value proposition
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Fluency in English is necessary for international communication and strategy development
  • Prior experience in the iGaming or gaming industry is a significant plus
  • Ability to translate technical game features into exciting player-facing benefits
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical product teams and commercial sales teams
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment with frequent new game releases
