Product Marketing Manager Jobs in United States at Ocho
Title: Product Marketing Manager
Company: Ocho
Location: United States
The Company
Our client is the most advanced Agentic Test Automation Platform on the market. They help Fortune 500 enterprises accelerate software delivery using AI agents that learn, adapt, and scale — replacing brittle test scripts with resilient, intelligent automation. Backed by leading investors and driven by genuine innovation, they are growing fast and building out a marketing function that matches the ambition of their product.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing end-to-end. The role has two halves that reinforce each other: how the product is represented to the market, and how the self-serve funnel converts. This is an individual contributor role today, reporting to the Director of Marketing, with clear room to grow into leadership as the function scales. You will not be executing someone else's playbook — you will define what good product marketing looks like here and own every piece of it.
What You'll Do
- Define how the market sees the product — set the positioning, the category frame, and the point of view that makes the platform legible and compelling.
- Build the narrative arc that connects the shift happening in software testing to the outcomes audiences care about, running through every asset from the homepage to the keynote.
- Own the dual GTM motion — a PLG self-serve funnel where users sign up and convert through the product, and an enterprise motion that moves Fortune 500 buyers through evaluation.
- Ship the full asset stack: website copy, campaign creative, sales decks, demo scripts, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, pricing pages, and launch communications.
- Drive in-product education — own in-product copy, getting-started flows, onboarding, empty states, FAQs, help content, and the lifecycle email programme.
- Own pricing and packaging, the trial funnel, and the conversion experiments that improve it.
- Run product launches end-to-end across product, engineering, design, demand gen, sales, and customer success.
- Run the win/loss programme and feed insights back into messaging, pricing, and packaging.
- Find the next commercial wedge through customer interviews, market analysis, and sales signal — then build the playbook around it.
- Use AI to multiply output across research, competitive intelligence, and content.
What You'll Need
Essential
- A genuine pull toward startup and high-growth environments where the product, market, and plan are still moving — you see that as the fun part.
- Real curiosity about products and how they work — you like getting hands on something, figuring out what it does, and finding the clearest way to explain it.
- A love of writing and a sharp eye for content and creative — you care about the craft of a sentence and can tell good from almost-good.
- An appetite for continuous learning — the product will change, the category is being defined in real time, and you are excited to keep learning your way into it.
- A collaborative, low-ego, proactive approach — you move easily between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Proven product marketing experience across positioning, GTM strategy, launches, and the full asset stack.
Nice to Have
- Domain experience in test automation, developer tools, or AI and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with in-product onboarding, lifecycle email, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Previous ownership of pricing and packaging decisions.
Why You'll Love This Role
- Build the function — product marketing here is yours to define. You set the standard rather than inherit one.
- Close to the product — you will work directly with the people building it, and your work shapes how it reaches the market.
- Remote-first — work from where you do your best work, with the autonomy and trust to own your outcomes.
- Career acceleration — genuine investment in your development with opportunities to grow your skills and expand into leadership.
- Inclusive by design — a culture where diverse perspectives are valued and every voice is heard and respected.
- Strong compensation and benefits — competitive salary, equity, and benefits that support your life outside of work.
