Product Marketing Manager (Alternative Markets, Singapore)

We are seeking a full-time Product Marketing Manager based in Singapore to own end-to-end product growth and adoption across alternative markets in Asia. This role requires a data-driven, collaborative marketer who can translate customer insights and market signals into compelling go-to-market strategies, content, and enablement programs.

Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for key consumer products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches and ecosystem milestones — from pre-launch teaser campaigns to post-launch adoption drives.
  • Own the launch calendar and ensure every major product moment has a corresponding marketing moment.
  • Define and track GTM success metrics (signups, integration counts, media coverage, social reach, adoption, etc.) and drive measurable business growth through data-driven problem solving.

Product Positioning & Narrative

  • Develop and own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for products.
  • Craft compelling product narratives that clearly articulate value propositions for both sides of the marketplace.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, behavioral data, and market insights to improve product-market fit and messaging.
  • Act as the voice of the market and advertisers to Product teams, influencing product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Lifecycle, Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Community) to ensure product intent, experience, and messaging are aligned.
  • Coordinate launch timing, messaging, and distribution across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for campaign planning, calendar management, and workflow coordination.

Social Media & Community

  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies, live activations, and interactive campaigns to maximize fan participation and brand sentiment across social media channels.
  • Manage official channels to drive fan growth and strengthen community relationships.
  • Lead the conception and production of thumb-stopping social content that aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, culturally relevant content.
  • Monitor conversations, trends, and performance metrics; provide insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
  • Support crisis management by identifying sensitive issues early and escalating risks appropriately.

PR & Content Production

  • Support PR efforts by collaborating with the internal PR team to draft press releases, develop media kits, and support media outreach to secure positive coverage.
  • Leverage emerging technologies (including AI tools) to generate content and execute end-to-end content production series as needed.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, compliance standards, and platform requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous organization of social assets for efficient retrieval, reporting, and future reuse.

Enablement & Growth

  • Drive measurable business growth by partnering closely with Sales teams to translate performance data, market signals, and advertiser insights into scalable best practices.
  • Design and deliver high-impact product enablement, including sales training programs and data-backed product marketing materials that accelerate adoption and performance.
  • Leverage data, experimentation, and market analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize product positioning, and unlock incremental revenue across priority verticals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years in product marketing, product strategy, digital advertising, or brand marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience taking a product or feature from concept → positioning → GTM → performance tracking.
  • Hands-on experience launching campaigns and experiments across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytics skills with ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate, prioritize projects, and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to engage with customers and internal stakeholders).
  • Based in Singapore, with focus on alternative markets in Asia.

Preferred:

  • Experience with digital advertising products in a product marketing capacity.
  • Familiarity with app marketing, gaming, or lead generation advertising products.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, advertiser objectives, and performance-driven verticals.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, with passion for solving growth challenges through data and experimentation.
