About the Role
RTB Bank is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (Corporate & SME Banking) to lead the marketing and commercialization of our business banking portfolio. In this role, you will be the strategic owner of how we position, launch, and grow our corporate product lines, including corporate lending, trade finance, overdraft facilities, cash management, and payroll solutions.
You will act as the bridge between our Corporate Banking division and the Marketing team, ensuring that our products are not only well-designed but also well-understood, well-sold, and competitively differentiated in the Iraqi market.
What You'll Do
Define the Corporate Value Proposition: Craft clear, authoritative positioning and messaging for RTB's corporate and SME banking solutions, tailored to business owners, CFOs, and finance teams.
Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute product launch and demand generation plans in partnership with Corporate Banking, Product Development, and the C-suite.
Support the Sales Engine: Build sales enablement tools like pitch decks, product sheets, competitive battle cards, and proposal templates that empower Relationship Managers to win deals.
Run Targeted Campaigns: Develop and manage B2B marketing campaigns (events, direct outreach, digital, and executive roundtables) that generate qualified leads and deepen client relationships.
Market Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and corporate banking trends to identify opportunities and threats; feed insights back into product roadmap discussions.
Stakeholder Communication: Partner with senior leadership to produce executive-level reporting on product performance, campaign ROI, and market penetration.
What You Need
- 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, corporate banking marketing, or B2B financial services marketing.
- Strong grasp of corporate banking products: trade finance, working capital, cash management, corporate lending, and treasury solutions.
- Exceptional ability to communicate with C-level and business audiences both in written proposals and executive presentations.
- Experience in sales enablement and training frontline corporate sales teams.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required; Kurdish is highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in data, dashboards, and financial modeling.
