Role Purpose

- End-to-End Delivery: Owning the design process from concept sketching and prototyping to high-fidelity mockups, validation, and engineering implementation.
- Operational Efficiency: Standardizing workflows, maintaining design systems, and improving tool management (e.g., Jira, Figma) to speed up delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working directly with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into technical specifications and functional products.
- Bridging Strategy and Craft: Using strategic insights to guide visual decisions, ensuring the final product is not only beautiful but solves real problems.
