We're a young, dynamic craft brewery based in San Sebastián producing small-batch kombucha and cold brew coffee, and we're looking for a motivated, hands-on Production Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with kombucha production and bottling/packaging
- Managing order fulfillment and dispatch
- General cleaning and CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures
- Maintaining overall factory organization and cleanliness
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and genuine motivation to contribute
- Physical stamina — this is an active, hands-on role
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Bonus Points If You Have
- Knowledge of fermentation processes or basic machinery mechanics
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, or general computer literacy
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
