Role Description
We are seeking a Production Coordinator for FRP Boats & Yachts to join our team in the Maldives. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing and coordinating various stages of the production process. Key tasks include creating production schedules, monitoring project progress, managing resources, ensuring quality standards are met, collaborating with team members to improve efficiency, and resolving any production-related issues. The Production Coordinator will ensure timely project delivery while maintaining operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to effectively oversee workflows and manage processes
- Proficiency in Project Management and Organization Skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and ensure smooth project execution
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail for identifying and addressing production challenges
- Previous experience in boat/yacht manufacturing or marine engineering is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or other relevant fields preferred
