Production & Fashion Designer — Arani Label
Arani Label is a premium kidswear brand focused on handcrafted occasion wear defined by thoughtful design, fine detailing, and hand embroidery. We are looking for a creative and hands-on Production & Fashion Designer to join our team and support both design development and production execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Design unique kidswear silhouettes aligned with the brand aesthetic
• Develop embroidery concepts and assist in surface design execution
• Create design illustrations, references, and sampling briefs
• Coordinate with karigars, vendors, and tailors during production
• Oversee sampling, fittings, and garment finishing
• Manage orders from development to final delivery
• Ensure quality, timelines, and detailing standards are maintained
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in fashion design or production
• Strong understanding of garments, fabrics, and construction
• Good illustration and visual communication skills
• Interest in embroidery and handcrafted techniques
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to balance creative and operational responsibilities
Location
Hyderabad — On-site (Studio based role)
Selected candidates will be invited for an in-person interview along with a short design/illustration assignment. We are looking for someone who appreciates craftsmanship and wants to grow with a developing fashion brand.
