Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Incharge located in Butwal. The Production Incharge will oversee daily production operations, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and manage team performance to meet production goals. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, optimizing workflows, supervising staff, ensuring equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting production-related issues to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management, process optimization, and team supervision
- Strong understanding of quality control, health and safety regulations, and equipment maintenance
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership abilities
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or power sector is an advantage
