Render House is a video editing agency behind some of the fastest-growing real estate channels on YouTube. We’ve grown to a team of 36 editors and QCs — and right now, our small leadership team is the bottleneck.
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to take full ownership of how the team runs day to day, so our editors can focus on doing their best work and our clients get great videos delivered on time, every time.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
• Day-to-day workflow for a team of 36 editors and QCs: assignments, deadlines, and capacity planning
• Accountability — keeping the team on schedule and catching issues before they ever reach a client
• Building and maintaining a clear editing playbook and SOPs (alongside our Head of Production) so every editor and QC knows exactly how to do their job
• Acting as the communication hub between editors, QCs, and leadership
• Tracking team performance — turnaround time, revision rates, on-time delivery — and reporting to the founders
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience managing teams, ideally remote creative or production teams
• Outstanding communication and people skills — you build trust quickly and people want to do good work for you
• A backbone — you can hold people accountable and have direct conversations without drama
• Strong organization and systems-building instincts — you see a messy process and immediately want to fix it
• Comfortable with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Trello, Notion, or similar)
• Enough understanding of video editing and production to speak credibly with editors (you don’t need to edit yourself)
• Fluent, confident English — written and spoken

• Background in a Real Estate Video Production
• Experience standing up processes for a fast-growing team
