As a Production Scheduler, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. This position contributes to our vision by: ? Execute the MPS for the Assembly line/s / short-term work schedule for the work-centers in compliance with the agreed production plan order ? Carry out RCCP, taking care to monitor all critical and bottleneck resources and propose mitigation plans ? Implement action plans to reduce hazards and uncertainties in order to maintain the desired service level ? Establish detailed production schedules for the Assembly lines, work center schedules ? Ensure that schedules are produced as planned and are adjusted according to the risks ? Liaise with the external supply, following the calculation of material requirements, and develop action plans to mitigate risks with production planners, procurement, operations What we offer: ? At Safran Seats, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment. • Associates Degree or 3 years of Supply Chain or Business related experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred. • (Acquired through previous jobs, assignments, responsibilities, etc. including language capabilities.) i.e.: 3 years procurement/supply chain/planning background in manufacturing environment required in addition to the eduction requirements. • Knowledge of industry suppliers, product(s), and manufacturing capabilities required.
