As a Production Team Member at Kingstar, you will work in a hands-on shop environment where quality, precision, and teamwork are essential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Using various hand tools to assemble and install components such as RV water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and various related components
- Removing protective materials (plastic, tape, coverings) from camper exterior
- Applying labels, stickers, and identification markings accurately
- Assembling and installing various accessory components
- Following detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure products meet Kingstar specifications
This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where skilled technicians collaborate to produce top-of-the-line truck campers and RV trailers. At Kingstar, we value craftsmanship, accountability, and pride in workmanship.

- You enjoy working with your hands

- You are comfortable using computers, smartphones, and web-based systems for documentation and communication

Position Details
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week on a 4-day schedule
- Day shift only (no overnight shifts)
- Typical hours are 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Paid overtime opportunities may be available during peak production periods
