RedWire Defense Tech Riga is seeking a Production Technician to join the Final Assembly Department. This role involves different part assembly, documentation handling, and close collaboration with engineers to ensure high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly tasks, post-processing, polishing and packaging
Inspect and test products and components, report defects or inconsistencies to the lead technician
Follow safety regulations, technical documentation, internal procedures, and supervisor instructions
Execute tasks according to the specifics of the part and assignment
Conduct initial quality checks on parts and inform the lead technician of any issues.
Requirements
Secondary education: technical or vocational education preferred
Knowledge and experience in assembly considered an advantage
Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings
Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment
High level of precision, attention to detail, and patience
Good command of Latvian; English language skills are an advantage
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Ability to follow technical documentation, internal procedures, and supervisor instructions accurately.

Salary: EUR 10.00 gross per hour
