Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Program Manager based in Singapore, with a combination of in-office and remote work. The Program Manager will oversee the planning and execution of various projects and events, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Key responsibilities include resource allocation, stakeholder communication, risk assessment, and alignment of projects with organizational goals. Regular reporting on progress, as well as budgeting and performance evaluation, will also be required.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Organizational Skills: Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multifaceted projects effectively and on time.
- Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders, along with leadership experience in guiding collaborative efforts.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess risks, analyze data, and craft solutions to ensure project success.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with phage therapy, medical sciences, or related domains is highly beneficial.
- Additional Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field; previous experience in a nonprofit or research organization is a plus.
