What you would do
As a Project Administrator, you will coordinate the flow of artifacts through our workshop. This is an administrative role that requires a high degree of organization and a professional touch. Your day will mostly involve managing the logistics of our builder and challenger model. You will track the progress of specific files, ensuring that both the builder and the challenger meet their deadlines for the Rome based partner project. You will handle the scheduling for our ninety day support calls, which are the only phone consultations we offer after a file is closed. This role also involves organizing the evidence gathered during the auditing process, such as ledger exports and pricing data, so that our analysts have exactly what they need on their bench. You will be the point of contact for logistical updates, keeping our internal records precise and up to date.
