Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Philadelphia for a Project Coordinator at Office Environments, Inc. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the sales order fulfillment process, including management of customer orders from order entry point through punch list, providing support to sales personnel, and accurate and timely service to customers.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including time management, task prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships and align team efforts.

- Relevant experience or education in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the design, furniture, or interior spaces industry is a plus.
