What You’ll Do
- In charge of supporting the development of new commercial projects from Idea Initiating Phase to Market Entry Phase
- Closely work with related departments to gather information to develop the projects
- Market visit and study to generate insight, behavior of the customers to strengthen the projects
- Follow up and manage the progress of each project to make sure all of the projects are on track
- Cooperate with related Sales Team & Trade Marketing to ensure the Roll Out Phase of each project is fully operated following the company’s expectations
- Analyze Data from market survey ad study to initiate ideas for market approach
- Measure performance and KPI of each project and generate report for Manager to propose improvement solutions
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Key Account, Sales Operations, or Account Management
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
