About the RoleJob Title: Project Manager Location: Richmond, 23238

Must Have

  • Strong Technical Project Management experience.
  • Prior experience managing software development projects.
  • Ability to work closely with developers and technical teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience handling multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale migration of existing scripts into a modern platform.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Daily collaboration with the immediate project team.
  • Weekly meetings with senior leadership for project updates.
  • Frequent interaction with cross-functional stakeholders (approximately 300 stakeholders across the broader organization).
  • Drive cross-functional communication and ensure timely execution.
  • Help prioritize work to accelerate migration efforts and reduce technical debt.
  • Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.

Salary and Other Compensation:The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$80,000 – 90,000 annually]/[$50.00 – 55.00 per hour].  Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
