In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in the role within advertising and marketing agencies. Their mission will focus on being the operational point of contact between the client and internal teams, responsible for ensuring the proper execution, coordination, and delivery of commerce materials for e-commerce platforms and point of sale. They will manage assigned accounts with a focus on quality, brand compliance, and agreed timelines, orchestrating workflows across teams and ensuring visibility and traceability at every stage of the process.
- Act as the operational SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for assigned clients, serving as the main liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Receive and manage briefs, feedback, and approvals, ensuring clarity in scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate workflows across internal teams to ensure efficient and aligned execution.
- Manage and track tasks, deliverables, and operational risks using tools such as Asana or Monday.
- Coordinate the production of e-commerce assets (images, A+ content, banners), validating formats and platform-specific guidelines.
- Support and oversee the process of uploading materials to retailers.
- Prepare operational status reports and document agreements, scope changes, and key project decisions
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the e-commerce sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Between 3 to 5 years in account management, operations, or e-commerce roles.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.
- Languages: Native Spanish, English level B2 or higher.
- Skills: Organization, effective communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Client Management: Strong ability to manage client relationships and align them with internal team needs.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge and experience leading Retail Media initiatives, with a general understanding of the ecosystem.
- Experience managing POP materials or in-store activations when required by the project.
- Ability to perform basic tracking of content performance on digital platforms.
