About The Role

We're looking for Prompt Writers to craft original, challenging prompts that put AI models to the test — exposing their limits, sharpening their reasoning, and improving the quality of their outputs.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and an imaginative, inquisitive mind. No technical or AI background required — just a love of language, ideas, and asking great questions.

What You'll Do
- Write original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels
- Design questions, scenarios, and challenges that test AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy
- Craft prompts specifically designed to probe edge cases and expose weaknesses in AI responses
- Follow structured style guides and prompt-writing frameworks to ensure consistency and quality
- Iterate on your prompts based on feedback and evolving project requirements
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Creative thinker with strong, clear writing skills across a variety of subjects
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas and asking questions others might not think to ask
- Able to write confidently across diverse topics without needing to be a domain expert
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured guidelines
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, technical, or prompt-engineering experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, journalism, education, research, or creative fields
- Experience crafting questions, puzzles, case studies, or educational content
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
- Broad general knowledge spanning multiple subject areas
