This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and an inventive mind. No technical background or AI experience required — just a sharp intellect and a talent for asking great questions.

What You'll Do
- Craft original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics — from logic and science to ethics, creativity, and everyday problem-solving
- Design questions and scenarios that challenge AI reasoning, push edge cases, and expose gaps in model performance
- Write prompts that test for accuracy, creativity, safety, and nuanced understanding
- Follow structured style guides and prompt-writing frameworks to ensure consistency and quality
- Iterate and refine your prompts based on feedback, project goals, and evolving guidelines
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
- A creative thinker who loves asking interesting questions and exploring complex ideas
- Strong writer with the ability to communicate clearly across a wide range of topics and formats
- Naturally curious — you enjoy diving into unfamiliar subjects and thinking from multiple angles
- Comfortable working within structured guidelines while still bringing originality to your work
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently
- No technical, AI, or coding background required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, journalism, education, philosophy, or research
- Experience with creative writing, copywriting, or content development
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
- Broad general knowledge spanning multiple subject areas
