We're looking for Prompt Writers to craft the questions, scenarios, and challenges that push AI models to their limits — helping make them smarter, safer, and more genuinely useful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing instincts and a creative, inquisitive mind. No technical background, coding experience, or prior AI knowledge required — just a talent for asking good questions and thinking outside the box.

What You'll Do
- Write original, diverse, and challenging prompts across a wide range of topics and formats
- Design questions, tasks, and scenarios that test AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy
- Craft edge cases and tricky scenarios that expose gaps in AI understanding
- Evaluate AI responses to your prompts and iterate based on results
- Follow structured style guides and prompt-writing templates to ensure consistency
- Refine and improve prompts based on project feedback and evolving needs
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Creative thinker with a natural ability to ask interesting, layered questions
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clearly across diverse topics
- Intellectually curious — you enjoy exploring new subjects and ideas
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured guidelines
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, tech, or prompt engineering experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, journalism, education, research, or content creation
- Experience with creative writing, logic puzzles, or critical analysis
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
- Broad general knowledge spanning science, culture, history, technology, and the arts
