About The Role

We're looking for Prompt Writers to craft the questions, scenarios, and challenges that push AI models to their limits — exposing weaknesses, sharpening reasoning, and driving real improvements in how AI communicates and problem-solves.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to strong writers and curious thinkers from any background. No technical or AI experience required — just a sharp mind and a knack for asking great questions.

What You'll Do
- Craft original, diverse, and carefully designed prompts across a wide range of topics and formats
- Design questions and scenarios that test AI reasoning, creativity, accuracy, and safety
- Think adversarially — write prompts that expose blind spots and push AI beyond easy answers
- Follow prompt-writing guidelines and style frameworks to ensure consistency and quality
- Iterate and refine your prompts based on structured feedback and evolving project needs
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A creative thinker with strong written communication skills
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across many different subjects
- Able to write clearly and precisely on diverse topics without deep subject-matter expertise
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured guidelines
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, technical, or prompt engineering experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, journalism, education, research, or communications
- Experience with critical analysis, debate, or logic-based problem solving
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
- Broad general knowledge across multiple subject areas
