We are now on the search for a Director / Senior Director to grow and solidify our presence within the region.
Key responsibilities:
Client Leadership
- Conceptualize and implement impactful, strategic communications initiatives for clients
- Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Drive holistic integrated communications strategies beyond earned media (including digital, content, and social).
- Oversee end-to-end crisis communications planning, strategy, and execution.
- Deliver media and crisis training programs to clients where required.
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring timely delivery and profitability.
Business Growth
- Lead new business efforts by developing winning proposals and securing new accounts.
- Identify and convert strategic opportunities for new lead generation that contribute to Redhill’s overall growth.
- Grow existing client relationships through proactive account farming strategies.
- Drive revenue growth to meet and exceed business targets.
Team Leadership & Development
- Set a clear vision for your team, align them to business goals, and foster a positive and enriching work culture.
- Nurture and develop team members, ensuring high performance, professional growth, and talent retention.
- Conduct quality control on all client outputs to maintain Redhill’s standard of excellence.
Reputation & Market Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with senior journalists, key opinion leaders, and industry stakeholders in Singapore.
- Represent Redhill at key industry events, networking opportunities, and brand-building platforms.
Internal Contribution
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop, implement, and evaluate Redhill’s strategic growth plans.
- Proactively contribute to Redhill’s thought leadership, culture-building, and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or integrated marketing. Previous experience in a PR agency is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios across Singapore.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in growing revenue and leading new business pitches.
- Exceptional media relations skills with an established network of senior journalists and media stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- A collaborative leader with experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong crisis communications experience, with the ability to advise clients and manage sensitive issues effectively.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and consistently deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
