We are looking for a sharp, proactive PR Manager to work as the strategic right hand to our senior management. This isn’t a role where you just execute someone else’s checklist. We want a true partner who can sit with leadership, challenge ideas constructively, bring fresh perspectives to the table, and then rally the team to make it happen.
We need a dynamic PR Manager to act as a core pillar of our team, working closely with senior management to run accounts, craft killer strategies, and mentor our growing team.
The Role
- Work directly with senior management to map out agency growth, refine client strategies, and solve complex communication challenges.
- Take full ownership of key client portfolios, acting as the strategic lead and trusted advisor.
- Act as the vital link between senior leadership's vision and the execution of the junior team, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.
- Step in to secure the "big fish" media wins and manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships across Singapore and the region.
Who you are:
- 4 to 6 years in PR (agency or fast-paced in-house), with a track record of managing both clients and junior staff.
- Someone who thrives on autonomy. You don't need hand-holding; you need room to run.
- An exceptional writer and strategist who understands how business goals translate into public perception.
- Proactive, low-ego, and highly accountable. You see a gap and you fill it.
- Incredible writing, strong media relationships in Singapore and regional, and the ability to speak confidently with C-suite clients and leadership.
