Keycraft is a fast-growing international toy company, and we are continuing to expand our presence in China to support our growth. We are looking for an experienced QC & Production Scheduler based in Yiwu to work closely with our factory partners and our global team.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain production schedules across specific factories
- Follow up with factories on production progress and goods-ready dates
- Identify delays or production issues and communicate them clearly to the rest of the team
- Coordinate quality inspections during production and before shipment
- Check that products meet agreed quality, safety and packaging requirements and are in line with Keycraft expectations
- Build strong working relationships with factories and suppliers
- Visit factories to check production and quality
Requirements
- Based in or close to Yiwu, China
- Fluent business-level English and Mandarin
- Very good Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous experience working on the factory or supplier side in the toy industry
- Experience in quality control, production scheduling or factory coordination
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Able to manage multiple production schedules and priorities
- Willing and able to travel to factories when required.
