Role Overview
The Quality Control Administrator is a full-time remote contract position responsible for reviewing, processing, and delivering all media output produced by our photography and videography team. This person sits at the center of our production workflow and is the final checkpoint before any media reaches our clients. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in photo editing and post-production, an exceptional eye for detail, outstanding written English communication skills, and the flexibility to learn and master new tools as our business grows.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Latin America. You will work closely with our Nashville-based admin and photography team and must be available during core U.S. Central Time business hours.
Schedule
- Option A: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours/week)
- Option B: Monday through Friday, 6.5 hours per day, plus Saturday and Sunday, 3 hours per day (38.5 hours/week)
Candidates must be available during U.S. Central Time business hours regardless of schedule option. Professional written and spoken English is required, as this role includes direct client-facing communication.
Core Responsibilities
Photo Quality Control
- Perform thorough quality control review on all MLS and editorial photography before client delivery
- Edit and correct photos in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop to meet Nashville Media Co. standards
- Maintain consistent color grading, exposure, white balance, and retouching quality across all deliverables
- Evaluate and ensure that all editorial and lifestyle imagery meets our luxury brand standard
Lot Line Addition for Drone Photography
- Accurately draw and add property lot lines to drone photos for all applicable listings
- Use platforms such as Regrid to research and verify parcel boundaries
- Log into our delivery platform (HD Photo Hub) to verify the property address and lot size prior to drawing
- Communicate proactively with the photography team when clarification is needed
- Upload completed lot line images into HD Photo Hub accurately and in a timely manner
AI-Powered Photo Enhancements
- Use Higgs Field AI to convert daytime photos into virtual twilight photography
- Apply virtual staging, green grass replacement, and other AI enhancement workflows as needed
- Candidates with prior Higgs Field experience are strongly preferred; candidates without must demonstrate a clear ability and willingness to learn and integrate this tool into their daily workflow
Media Sorting, Organization, and Delivery
- Sort and sequence all photo galleries in a logical, aesthetically driven order within HD Photo Hub
- Gather and upload all media assets into each client profile delivery page, including CubicaSA floor plans, Zillow 3D tours, Matterport 3D tours, and video files
- Ensure that all deliverables are accurate, complete, and properly organized before the client profile is finalized
Video Management and Vimeo Account
- Upload all horizontal listing videos to Vimeo and manage the company Vimeo account
- Review all incoming video edit requests, coordinate with the local admin team, and ensure changes are executed and updated in a timely manner
- Update Vimeo links and the client media site after any revision is completed
- Review video edit requests submitted through Elevate your creative workflow to an art form. and communicate change notes to the video editing team
Client and Team Communication
- Monitor and respond to client messages through our team communication platform (Oura) for light client-facing requests
- Handle routine client requests independently, such as updated floor plan measurements, video revisions, or re-delivery of assets, from start to finish without requiring escalation
- Communicate professionally, clearly, and with hospitality in every client and team interaction
- Coordinate with the internal admin team and photography team as needed to resolve open items
Portrait and Lifestyle Photo Editing
- Edit portrait and lifestyle photos using Imagine AI integrated with Lightroom Classic
- Deliver high-quality retouched images that reflect our brand aesthetic without requiring outsourcing
- Take full ownership of this growing service line within the business
Qualifications
Required
- Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong background in photography, photo editing, or a related creative field
- Experience in editorial or commercial photo editing with a demonstrated high standard of quality
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to catch inconsistencies across large volumes of images
- Professional written and spoken English proficiency
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a capable computer setup for photo and video work
- Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and communicate proactively across a remote team
Preferred
- Prior experience with Higgs Field AI or comparable AI photo enhancement platforms
- Familiarity with HD Photo Hub or similar real estate media delivery platforms
- Experience with Regrid or comparable parcel mapping tools
- Experience with Vimeo account management and video file handling
- Experience with Elevate your creative workflow to an art form. for video review and revision workflows
- Background in real estate photography or real estate media production
- Experience with Imagine AI or similar AI-assisted Lightroom editing tools
- Experience with graphic design tools beyond the Adobe Suite
