Job Purpose:
To make sure procedures and products adhere to established quality standards, maintain legal compliance, and satisfy customers. Operate equipment efficiently, accurately, and safely to produce quality beer according to our operating procedures and parameters.
Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
- Assisting in the collection of sterile samples.
- Preparation of stock solutions and reagents as per requirement.
- Carrying out quality checks and inspection on incoming merchandise
- Assisting in maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Must be able to complete and maintain lab data.
- Performs standardized testing during process and finished goods and other analysis prior to brewing & production.
- Able to analyze / audit inline Quality parameters of production and inform if any issue arises.
- Prepare taste panels as required.
- Assist in maintaining a professional and clean lab
- Daily water analysis
- Quality parameter checks like CO2, A.E etc. of beer before and after production
- Other assignment as per the business requirement and advised by the supervisor
Experience: More Than 2 Years
Required Degrees: Bachelor of Food Technology (B.Tech Food), Bachelors in Micro Biology
