This role is part of Craft’s owner side project management function, delivering high end private residential projects.
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the contractual and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring clarity and control across contractor engagements.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Review and analyze contractor quotations and BOQs
• Prepare and manage variation orders (VOs)
• Evaluate contractor payment applications based on actual site progress
• Support contract administration and review contractual documents
• Ensure alignment between scope of work and contractor submissions
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Proven experience in quantity surveying within construction projects
• Strong understanding of BOQs and contractor pricing
• Familiarity with construction contracts and commercial practices
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
