Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Tashkent. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline across multiple roles and departments. The Recruiter will also handle offer negotiations, support onboarding activities, and maintain accurate recruitment data and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include using various channels for talent acquisition, promoting Arslon’s employer brand, and ensuring a fair, compliant, and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Ability to use applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles and deadlines.
  • Understanding of fair hiring practices and commitment to non-discriminatory recruitment.
  • Experience designing job descriptions and assessing candidates against role requirements.
  • Proficiency in conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidate fit.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist is preferred.
  • Fluency in local language(s) and strong written and spoken English skills are beneficial.
