💼 What You'll Be Doing

- Executing full-cycle recruiting – intake to offer
- Targeted outreach and cold calls to A+ candidates
- Interviewing, qualifying, and pitching with precision
- Collaborating with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Owning your metrics, wins, and setbacks like a pro
- Using tools, data, and creative sourcing to find and attract top-tier talent
