The Initiative
We are sourcing elite domain experts with a STEM PhD for a premier project with one of the world's top AI labs. You will contribute your subject matter expertise to craft cutting-edge problems that will train state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs).
Compensation & Structure
🔹 Rate: $50 – $80 USD per hour (approx. 200 – 320 PLN/hr).
🔹 Commitment: 15-20 hours/week (potential to extend to 40 hours).
🔹 Format: 100% Remote, fully flexible schedule. Payments processed weekly via Wise or Stripe.
Strict Candidate Profile
✔️ Education: Must hold a PhD in a STEM domain (Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) strictly from a US, UK, Canadian, or European university.
✔️ Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with high attention to detail.
