Join a dynamic team dedicated to shaping high-impact partner insights through sophisticated research analysis. As a Research Contractor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting top-priority initiatives by transforming complex survey data into clear, actionable reports that influence strategic decisions across diverse teams—including Product, Design, and Business.
In this role, your expertise in quantitative and mixed-method research will be essential. You will independently analyze survey results, identify meaningful patterns, and craft stakeholder-ready reports with practical recommendations. Collaboration will be key as you work with external vendors to kick off and coordinate partner research projects, ensuring timely and relevant insights.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of research delivery experience in agency, consultancy, or in-house settings
- Strong advanced data analysis and survey analytics skills
- Proven ability to produce clear, decision-influencing reports and visualizations
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination abilities
- Solid understanding of mixed-methods research and quantitative techniques
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with research analytics tools and software
- Knowledge of behavioral sciences or human factors research
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Degree in psychology, behavioral sciences, HCI, economics, statistics, social sciences, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working independently on high-value research projects
Other Requirements:
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Proven project management skills to coordinate research timelines and deliverables
