The Job Summary
The Retail Sales Operation Supervisor is responsible for supervising retail sales operation; monitoring retail staff activities and coordinating with the shipping and receiving of merchandise; solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers hence ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience; contributing to the increase in the company’s overall revenue and hence positively impacting the company’s success and growth.

Inventory Coordination & Retail Sales Operation
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks of vehicles, parts, and accessories to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Utilize inventory management software and reports to track stock levels in real-time, including monitoring number of new and used vehicles available on the lot, categorized by model, trim level, and color.
- Track the stock of frequently replaced parts, performance upgrades, and cosmetic accessories.
- Analyze sales trends and customer demand to anticipate future needs and prevent stock outs or overstocking.
- Collaborate with the distribution center in order to place timely orders for vehicles and communicate requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to clear out slow-moving inventory, such as targeted promotions and discounts, Bundling Deals, Liquidation Sales etc.

Store Management
- Orchestrate the showroom symphony by supervising the staff, ensuring the store operates in peak condition and delegating tasks related to maintaining a pristine environment, from rearranging shelves and crafting captivating displays to overseeing the meticulous cleaning of the store and Vehicles.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for retail staff i.e. conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make crucial hiring decisions to assemble a team that embodies the brand spirit.
- Supervise and maintain staff schedules with meticulous precision and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods and strategically allocate staff resources based on anticipated customer traffic and operational needs.
- Supervise the staff performance and adjust schedules as necessary to optimize both productivity and customer service levels.
- Provide guidance and unwavering support to staff in handling customer inquiries with finesse.
- Supervise day-to-day store operations with a keen eye including ensuring adherence to opening and closing procedures, enforcing proper cash handling protocols, and implementing stringent security measures.

Cost and Budget Effective Management of Resources
- Spearhead cost-effective management of all company resources within Retail operations and business management.
- Collaborate with upper management to craft the annual budgetary blueprint and meticulously forecast the financial trajectory of the retail operation.
- Maintain a vigilant watch on expenditure trends, budget overruns or excessive spending rear their ugly heads, swiftly implement measures to course-correct and restore financial harmony.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs through ingenious process improvements, the strategic renegotiation of contracts, or the implementation of innovative cost-saving initiatives.

Customer Agenda with Value Proposition
- Promote customer-centric business culture across the organization and foster a climate of customer focus with value proposition; establish customer satisfaction, care & engagement programs; define customer service standards; and set the tone at the top for effective business development by leveraging organization’s optimum capability.
- Help customers sort out and process their financing and purchase options based on their specific situation and preferences.
- Supervise the development of strategies and initiatives to address customer concerns, improve satisfaction levels, and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Closely monitor the achievement of the customer service standards through Customer Care Service, ensuring the dissemination, understanding and delivery of customer centric services across the organization for resolution of customer complaints.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Professional Certifications
CPSM – Certified Professional Sales Manager preferred ( Optional )

Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales operation or Stock Management

Languages Proficiency
Fluency in English & Arabic languages
