Lexton Stanley is mandated by a leading Geneva-based private bank to identify a RFP Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Role
You will join the Asset Management division's RFP team and play a key role in supporting the global institutional business. Your mission: craft compelling, accurate and timely responses to institutional requests for proposals and due diligence questionnaires, coordinating across Investment, Compliance, Risk and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft and deliver high-quality RFP and DDQ responses
• Maintain and optimise consultant databases
• Keep flagship fund due diligence materials current and standardised
• Manage multiple concurrent requests with rigour and precision
Your Profile
• Prior experience in a similar RFP / proposal / bid management role
• Background in asset management (long-only and/or alternatives)
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills
• Proactive, autonomous and team-oriented
• Based in or willing to work on-site in Geneva
