Overview:
Seeking an experienced RFP Writer/Proposal Strategist to support Client's Business Development Services team. The role focuses on managing and delivering high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, while collaborating with investment, sales, and marketing teams to drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end completion of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs
- Develop and tailor compelling proposal content for prospects
- Edit and maintain standardized content in Loopio database
- Partner with investment teams, sales, and stakeholders
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery under tight deadlines
Core Requirements:
- 2+ years of RFP writing experience in asset/investment management
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strategic thinking ability
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
