Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will drive sales strategies and promote Cvdox solutions to expand our client base. This full-time role, remotely based, involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing sales processes, and engaging directly with customers to deliver exceptional service. You will also train clients on the use of our platform and collaborate with the team to enhance overall marketing effectiveness. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive growth and meet targets
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and provide clear guidance to clients
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of tech products, and familiarity with modern marketing tools are a plus
