Role Overview:
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, outgoing, and comfortable reaching out to leads through multiple channels. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, supporting our sales team and ensuring our CRM and calendars are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to inbound leads via phone, email, and text to engage, qualify, and schedule meetings.
- Maintain and update all lead and client information accurately in the CRM.
- Send calendar invites and coordinate meetings across multiple team calendars (up to 4).
- Develop creative and strategic follow-up approaches to engage prospects.
- Answer basic client questions about our services and processes.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks to keep workflows smooth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication skills – phone, email, and text.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple calendars simultaneously.
- Comfortable learning and explaining basic company processes and services.
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging follow-up messages.
- Previous experience in sales, client support, or administrative roles is required.
- Recruiting/Staffing industry is a plus
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with CRMs and calendar management tools.
