The Role
We are looking for a sharp, ambitious Sales Development Intern to support our growing sales team. This is a learning-focused role designed for an MBA or equivalent student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in high-stakes B2B tech sales. You will work directly under our sales leadership to learn how to research, engage, and qualify prospective customers in various industries.
This internship is structured as a mentorship-led position where you will build the foundational skills necessary to thrive in enterprise sales, including CRM management, personalized prospecting, and value-based communication.
What You’ll Do (Support & Learning focus)
- Target Account Research: Support the sales team by identifying and profiling high-potential accounts, specifically mapping decision-makers in AI and Cybersecurity.
- Outreach Assistance: Collaborate with the sales team to craft and refine personalized messaging for email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Lead Qualification: Learn to evaluate inbound and outbound leads, assisting in the initial discovery and qualification process.
- CRM Operations: Gain proficiency in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot) by maintaining accurate activity logs, ensuring our pipeline data remains clean and up-to-date.
- Campaign Collaboration: Participate in strategy sessions to help analyze the success of outreach campaigns and suggest improvements based on prospect feedback.
- Sales Enablement: Shadow Account Executives in prospect meetings to observe sales methodologies (such as BANT or SPIN) in action.
Who You Are
- Education: Currently pursuing an MBA (or equivalent) or a recent graduate looking to enter B2B SaaS.
- Communication Mastery: You possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills; you can adapt your tone to speak professionally with technical leads.
- Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in the intersection of AI Agents and Cybersecurity and a hunger to learn how complex products are sold in the US market.
- Organizational Skills: You are meticulous with data and comfortable working in a remote environment where self-directed learning is key.
- Coachable: You are looking for feedback and are ready to iterate on your approach based on mentoring from our senior sales staff.
