Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Development Representative. The selected candidate will identify and qualify potential leads, execute outbound prospecting strategies, and support the sales team in nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with prospective clients, collaborating with other teams, devising business development strategies, and delivering persuasive communication to meet sales targets. Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development
- Strong Sales expertise with the ability to build and manage a high-quality pipeline
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to craft persuasive messaging and maintain professional client relationships
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus
- Previous experience in SaaS or recruitment technology is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
