About the Project
We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to grow the publisher acquisition program in Vietnam. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying partners, building key relationships, and representing our client within the local SME/SMB – mostly within the app developer and gaming studio community. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, fluent in English and Vietnamese, with a deep understanding of the Thai market and a passion for the app development and gaming industry.
This role involves travelling throughout Vietnam. to meet with publishers and attend industry events, and in return, you’ll gain valuable experience in sales, business development, and community building alongside one of the top global technology companies.

- Quick to observe and digest trends in the market
- A business acumen to observe data and present insights
- A bit of a storyteller, bringing stakeholders on a journey with insights
- Able to carry conversations at a professional and senior level
- Navigate partner and self-organised events
- Work smart for maximum ROI when converting leads
The Role:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and partners using various channels, including Salesforce, Google Play Store, App Store, Data.ai, industry events, and networking.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and app metrics (downloads, active users, revenue, etc.).
- Maintain an organized database of leads and their status in Salesforce.
Relationship Building and Community Engagement:
- Travel throughout Vietnam to meet with app publishers and developers, building and nurturing relationships.
- Represent our client (Google) at industry events and conferences, actively engaging with the app developer community.
- Provide support and guidance to publishers on utilizing Google's Ad Monetisation tools.
Sales Support:
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, events, and social media.
- Craft compelling messages that highlight the value proposition of the app acquisition program.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and sales representatives.
- Assist the Google Sales Team in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
- Gather and organize relevant information and materials.
- Track and update sales pipeline data in Salesforce.
About You:
- Ideally, 1+ years of experience with B2B sales and excitement about the tech and app industries.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience with identifying leads and assessing market opportunities.
- Able to engage and build strong connections with potential clients and partners.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
- Cultural awareness with a deep understanding of the Vietnam market.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Vietnam.
- Tech proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
