We're building software for gyms — helping gym owners run their business better, manage members, and grow revenue. We're early, we're moving fast, and we need someone hungry to help us get in front of the gym owners who need this.
This is not a "make some calls and see what happens" role. We want someone who treats outreach like a craft — who gets better every week, who takes rejection as data not defeat, and who actually wants to own a number and beat it.
What you'll own
- Finding and building lists of gym owners/managers to reach out to
- Cold calling and DM outreach to generate interest
- Booking product demos — and following up hard enough that people actually show up
- Keeping clean, honest records of your activity and outcomes
- Working closely with the founders, and refining sales strategies.
Once a gym is demoed and closes, our team takes over onboarding — your job is getting us in the room, not managing the account afterward.
What we're looking for
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years experience — we care far more about drive than your CV
- Comfortable on the phone and confident starting conversations with strangers
- Resilient — you won't hear yes very often, and that can't slow you down
- Organized enough to track your own numbers without being chased
- Bonus: any prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles
Compensation
₦100,000/month base pay (performance-linked) + commission on every gym you convert.
We pay well for people who perform. This isn't a flat salary for showing up — it's a real, achievable structure for someone who actually works the role, and we'll walk you through exactly how it works at interview stage.
