Job Duties:
- Identify and nurture qualified leads, turning them into product interests and quotes.
- Utilise existing databases to create additional opportunities and enhance outreach.
- Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers, such as General Managers, F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, and designers, to fully understand client needs and expectations.
- Work with the Sales Support Team to craft and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating high-value opportunities and driving business growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging both internal and client-based stakeholders.
- Confidence in cold calling and converting cold and warm leads into opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data utilisation to drive results.
- High emotional intelligence for navigating complex relationships and winning over stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry and qualifications in a related discipline are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for personal and professional development.
- Desire to interact with diverse cultures and manage language barriers.
- Flexibility in accommodating different time zones and travel requirements.
