Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi & Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients, identify business opportunities, and achieve revenue growth. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They will collaborate closely with internal teams, contribute to market research, and provide insights to enhance the company's presence and customer base in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, 3 to 5 years, client relationship management, and contract negotiation in sales in interior design, fit-out, renovation, & stand exhibition
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market research, and business development techniques
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of the luxury interior design or fit-out industry is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to meet sales targets, analyze market trends, and remain organized under pressure
  • Fluency in English is required; additional Arabic or other language skills are a plus
