Role Description
This is a remote, commission-based contractor role for a Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building strong client relationships, and presenting agency services effectively. The Sales Representative will actively develop and manage a sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Meeting and exceeding sales targets is a critical focus of this performance-driven role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, strong negotiation abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with marketing, branding, and creative services
- Capability to build and sustain client relationships and consultative selling skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
- 1 years + Experience in remote sales is an advantage
