We are looking for a Sample Coordinator to join a top fashion company at our San Francisco, CA office.
Pay
$25/hour
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising team
- Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams
- Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization
- Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency
- Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team
- Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals
