The Opportunity at Accelerate:
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Open new partnerships with Finance, Legal, and Banking firms
- Position Accelerate as the consultancy they trust for high‑impact talent
- Shape recruitment solutions that solve real business problems
- Grow your own portfolio and reputation in a sector where relationships are everything

- Your First 30 Days – you master the same system our top performers use. With 1:1 coaching, you build a pipeline, start real conversations, and hit early KPIs. This is where our structured, transparent career path begins.
- By 60 Days – confidence takes over. You’re running your own pipeline and owning the full sales process. You feel the impact of our performance‑based progression, where every skill you build moves you closer to your next step.
