Responsibilities
● Write compelling and original scripts for ad films, brand videos, and digital campaigns tailored to various platforms (TV, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
● Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to develop concepts and narratives aligned with brand messaging
● Craft punchy taglines, slogans, dialogues, and voice-over scripts to enhance brand recall and audience engagement
● Adapt writing style based on brand tone, campaign objectives, and target audience
● Participate in brainstorming sessions to pitch creative ideas and campaign directions
● Research market trends, competitor campaigns, and audience behavior to create impactful and relevant content
● Edit and refine scripts through multiple feedback iterations, ensuring clarity, emotional impact, and strong storytelling flow
● Manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
Qualifications
● 1+ years of professional experience as a scriptwriter in advertising, media, or production agencies
● Strong portfolio showcasing ad films, video scripts, or campaign work
● Excellent storytelling and concept development skills
● Strong command of English with the ability to deliver punchy, memorable copy
● Proficiency in Hindi to create scripts for regional and bilingual campaigns
● Ability to think visually and collaborate effectively with production and creative teams
● Solid understanding of brand communication and consumer psychology
● Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (On-site)
